Q. How do I request an interview with an animal keeper or another member of the Australia Zoo staff?
A. Contact our PR team with your details and specify the aim of your interview. If we have an appropriate staff member for your request we will organise an interview for you.

Q. How can I sign up to receive the Australia Zoo media releases?
A. Media releases are usually sent out weekly or fortnightly. If you would like to be added to our media release list please contact us with your email address or fax number.

Q. I am a journalist/photographer and I would like to come to Australia Zoo for an assignment. How can I arrange my visit?
A. Contact our PR team prior to your visit so we can make your time at the Zoo as efficient as possible. You will need to let us know the publications you write or photograph for, any specific story angles you are interested in and the date you would like to visit. We can arrange complimentary entry for you.

Q. How can I acquire an image other than those in the Image Gallery?
A. Let us know details of the image you are interested in and we will do our best to find a suitable image.

Q. I would like to film at Australia Zoo. How can I do this?
A. Contact the PR team with your details, including details of the production and your purpose for filming at the Zoo.
